Freshers

Are you coming up to Queens' as a fresher this October? First of all, congratulations! We'd love to hear from you so do let us know who you are. If you've got any questions about CU or university life in general, we can try and answer them. We can't wait to meet you in freshers' week! We've got lots of things planned to help you settle in to university life, too.

College Getaway

This is the biggest and best thing coming up, and it happens at the start of first term each year! We're planning to organise a getaway just before term starts, right at the end of September, along with a couple of other Cambridge colleges. We normally go to Letton Hall in Norfolk, and transport is organised from Queens' College. We'll be back well in time for Freshers' week to start, so don't worry about that! It's a mix of talks on spreading the gospel message at uni, some sport and some time in our college groups - generally a great time :) Details of the 2012 getaway will be released near the end of this academic year, so check back then or get in touch with us nearer the time!

Church breakfasts

Each Sunday we meet together informally for breakfast in somebody's room before heading off to our churches. Cambridge is blessed with many great Bible-teaching churches, and over the first few weeks of term we'll be taking the opportunity to think about what we should look for when choosing a church. As Christians it is very important that we find a church while in Cambridge, and we'd be delighted to help you in any way we can. If you've got questions about churches in Cambridge, just let us know.
